This is a nationally recognised award that recognises fish and chip shops that continually provide quality products and great service. Run by the National Federation of Fish Friers and independently assessed, the selection process takes 2 days to complete. Displaying the Fish & Chip Quality Award shows that we continually attain high standards and produce fantastic quality fish and chips. Areas we are judged on are;
- Fish sourced from environmentally sustainable stocks
- Freshly and safely prepared under well managed conditions

- Well trained staff and service with a smile
